WORKFORCE ON COURSE WRAPPED
“Keeping Workforce on Course” was designed around top-asks from our regional business and community leaders. From legacy businesses to upskilling, the new mega-project next door, the semiconductor industry, and more, this program featured feedback from site selector industry experts Andrew Ratchford and Monty Turner.
On August 4th, 2023, we welcomed them to Mohawk Valley Community College’s Utica campus. From pre-event networking to the full presentation, this program connected industries such as healthcare, economic development, construction, manufacturing, higher education, and others together to talk all things workforce.
